Shipping policy

Once your order is received processing time will vary based upon if the specified item is pre-made (on hand) or a pre-order, which means the item is currently in the production phase or transit. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. After the processing stage is completed, you will receive a tracking number and order confirmation email immediately after the shipping label is printed. Please be informed, your tracking number will not update until USPS has received the package and it is processed through their system.

PROCESSING TIME ESTIMATE: 

PRE-MADE ITEMS > 24 TO 48 HOURS

PRE-ORDER ITEMS > 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS

NOTE: Keep in mind we are considered a growing small business. Therefore, we politely ask that all customers allow 5-10 business days before items ship out. This time is provided given the owner's life circumstances, unexpected shipping delays with shipping carriers, etc.

Shipping

Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS. In order to ensure your order is received in the specified time frame please make sure your shipping address and all relevant details are entered correctly. That includes street numbers, building names, abbreviations, and apartment numbers. This information is critical to guarantee deliveries in a timely manner. If an order is “returned to sender” for an incorrect address we issue a $10 service fee to reship the package.

Pre-Order Policy

All customers are responsible for carefully reviewing our pre-order policies and terms before completing a purchase of any item labeled as “pre-order” in the description. 

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve our products before they are officially released or restocked. Pre-ordering ensures you secure your item as part of a limited production run or in-demand release.

2. Pre-Order Terms

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order to secure your item(s).
  • Final Sale: All pre-orders are considered a final sale. Refunds or cancellations are not allowed after the initial order modification period (see Section 4).

3. Production and Shipping Timeline

  • Pre-ordered items may require additional time for production. Estimated production and delivery timelines are listed on the product page and confirmation email.
  • We strive to fulfill all pre-orders within 4-6 weeks, but delays may occur due to supply chain issues or other factors.
  • Shipping time will vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • You may modify or cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your pre-order is locked in and cannot be altered.
  • To make changes or cancel your pre-order, contact us at support@endlesswavesstudios.com with your order number.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Pre-orders are non-refundable once the modification window closes.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges may only be approved for defective or incorrect items within 1 week of receipt. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order to avoid sizing issues.

7. Limited Availability

  • Pre-order items are typically limited in quantity and may sell out before the pre-order window closes. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is successfully processed.

8. Communication

  • You will receive email updates regarding your pre-order status, including production progress and shipping notifications.
  • We suggest following our Instagram (@endlesswavesstudios), where we will post daily updates regarding the status of any  pre-order release.
  • If unexpected delays arise, we will notify you immediately with revised timelines.

Returns

At this moment we do not offer returns or exchanges of any kind. We will do our absolute best to provide accurate product and sizing details. All sales are final. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & ERRORS WITHIN 1 WEEK OF DELIVERY. PLEASE CONTACT US VIA SUPPORT@ENDLESSWAVESSTUDIOS.COM WITHIN 1 WEEK OF YOUR ITEM BEING DELIVERED. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is dropped off at USPS we are not lawfully responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
